Order Form

Framework Terms: This Order Form incorporates and is governed by the Framework Terms that are made up of the Key Terms below and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.1, which are incorporated by reference. Any modifications to the Standard Terms made in the Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms. Capitalized words have the meanings given in the Cover Page or the Standard Terms.

Cloud Service: Alumys Tools, Provider's cloud platform at tools.alumys.com, and the products Provider makes available within it as described in the Documentation. At the Effective Date the platform offers Alumys Assessment, an exam engine as a service: examiners build examinations from question banks and pools, including coding questions that execute against hidden tests, deliver them to examinees on a timer with integrity signals, and receive automatic and rubric grading, results and analytics. It includes an API with scoped keys and signed webhooks and an embeddable player. Products added to the platform later are part of the Cloud Service unless their own terms say otherwise.

Order Date: The Effective Date

Subscription Period: 1 month, or 12 months for a plan billed yearly.

Certain parts of the Product have different pricing plans, which are available at Provider's pricing page. Customer will pay Provider the applicable Fees based on the Product tier and Customer's usage. Provider may update Product pricing by giving at least 30 days notice to Customer (including by email or notification within the Product), and the change will apply in the next Subscription Period.

Payment Process: Automatic payment: Customer authorizes Provider to bill and charge Customer's payment method on file at the start of each Subscription Period, and monthly in arrears for metered usage, for immediate payment or deduction without further approval.

Non-Renewal Notice Period: None. Customer may cancel at any time from the billing settings, effective at the end of the current Subscription Period.

Use Limitations: The attempt and credit allowances of the plan Customer selected, as listed at alumys.com/pricing on the Order Date, and the Alumys Acceptable Use Policy. Account holders must be at least 18 years old. The code sandbox may be used only to grade examination submissions.

Technical Support: Customers contact Alumys support by email at support@alumys.com. Support is available on US business days, and Provider responds to support requests within one business day. Support covers account access, billing questions, and defects in the Cloud Service. Onboarding and implementation assistance are provided through the product documentation at alumys.com/docs.
